These are alright. My son's feet are growing insanely fast and I have been having a hard time finding cute inexpensive shoes in his size (toddler 7) in stores. Came to Amazon and the no name brands are basically the same price as the Nikes so I figured may as well make him extra cute! Well, they are a bit stiff in person and I probably should have paid more attention to how they open and close. I was so focused on not getting anything "slip on" because his feet never slip into those shoes, I didn't realize the velcro is along one side of the top of the shoe. It's not impossible, but it makes it awkward to put them on and there isn't really any room for expansion or velcroing looser as his foot gets bigger when it's positioned that way. Normal velcro would have been better. No more fancy shoes for him I guess.
